Ab: cluster classification in Abell's system, see Section 4.5.
B-M: Bautz-Morgan Classification in the[Bautz and Morgan1970] system, see Section 4.4.
For both Abell type and B-M type `:' indicates a mean type with differences between estimates of two steps, or an uncertain type estimate; `?' indicates a mean type with differences between estimates of three or more steps, or a questionable type estimate.
z: the redshift, where available in the ACO catalogue.
R: richness class
D: distance class
